Dancers must be registered at the start of Session I in January in order to participate.

​

Feb 1st - 5th is the last week to pay for participation.

​

Beginning next fall, dancers must be registered by November to guarantee participation in the Spring recital. This is due to limited supplies of costumes which now warrant earlier orders to be made. Those registering in January who wish to participate may be allowed to do so if costumes are still available and payment is made during the 1st 2 weeks of class.

For dancers in any of the 7-10 or 11-18 year old classes who have paid for costumes or plan on being in the Spring Recital:

*Dancers who miss 3 or more classes in Session I or Session II, or who miss any of the 2 classes before the Spring Recital will not be allowed to dance. This is out of respect for the other dancers and to provide enough time to reblock the dances. Dancers may still attend the show and hang out backstage with their class and come out at the end of the show for the finale. Costume fees will not be refunded.

*Dancers may make up penalized classes (those beyond 2 missed classes) with private lessons designed to catch them up; if the time can be arranged. However, the 2 classes before the recital cannot be made up.
