Twenty years in business of providing professional dance classes at affordable rates!
Dance Trends strives in providing a warm and fun environment for all of our students. With highly qualified instructors, we teach our dancers discipline as well as self-confidence that lasts a lifetime.
We offer small classes, so our dancers can receive individual attention. As our studio grows we are offering new classes, with more times and days available. Check out our schedules for days and times. Our dancers perform in two recitals each year!
Cara Damier, New Artistic Director

Miss Cara is now the new owner of Dance Trends. She has been teaching with us since 2010 and we are proud she is taking over. She is committed to upholding the vision of Dance Trends and looks forward to this new role.
Cara Damier began her formal dance training at the age of 7. She received extensive training in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, modern, lyrical, and contemporary dance, and some basic training in African dance. After high school, Cara danced with and choreographed for the Danza Dance Company at the University of Florida for 4 years. Performances were held at the Curtis M. Philip's Center for the Performing Arts and in showcases at Disney's Magic Kingdom.
Her teaching career began in 2002 teaching in several Palm Beach County Elementary School's after-school dance programs. While in college, she taught at the award-winning Levy County All-Stars cheer and dance company. Cara has been with Dance Trends since 2011 teaching ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop dance through the Boynton Beach Parks and Recreation Department and YMCA of Boynton Beach. Dance is one of her passions and she feels fortunate to have the opportunity to share this gift with others. She enjoys seeing her students evolve and develop a love for dance as well as skills for life.
Cara was an officer, varsity squad member, and feature dancer in the national champion and award-winning Atlantic High School Eagle-Ettes dance team. She performed in Miami Dolphin's and Florida Panthers halftime shows, and at one Super Bowl halftime show. Her performance and technique skills won her dance scholarships from Tremain Dance Conventions and Competitions and summer intensive programs at dance studios. Cara also choreographed the dance portion of a singing/dance group performance which won first place at the Best New Talent Competition in Los Angeles, California.
Currently, Cara holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and along with teaching dance, is a therapist for children, teens, and adults.
